Designed for optimal dosage at one scoop, ideal for metcon workouts (scale up if need be to two scoops for strength workouts).

• 1000mg Creatine HCL

SUGGESTED USE:

• Mix 1 scoop (approx. 7.5g) with 250ml of water in a NUTRITECH® shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink 20 to 30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach.
